SHIFT LEAD AND FULFILLMENT EXPERT
TARGET
I held the official title of "Pacesetter" and oversaw a team of 50+ people. I trained new team members assigned tasks to them throughout the day. By leading the team to complete orders by their deadlines, my department sold around 3400 items a day. This year, in the midst of a pandemic and full store remodel, our store sold 70 million dollars worth of merchandise. This could not have been possible without the hard work and organization of my team.
I used Target’s metrics system to work with my Team Lead and identify my department’s strengths and weaknesses so that I can improve the department’s sales.
Helped guests on the sales floor by guiding them to the items they needed.
Was chosen to greet the Target Vice President of Stores due to my excellent communication skills and outgoing personality.

As a Google Local Guide, I have been reviewing restaurants and other places for the past few years. I have almost one thousand reviews with over five million views. While this may be a hobby, being a Local Guide has guided my love for exploration, creativity, and media in a purposeful direction.
